Avant-garde musician and mystic Zeena Schreck was one of the modern magic’s first real pinup girls. Cool blonde and masterful, with mesmerizing eyes and an arresting presence, her photos adorned many a lonely Left Hand Path practitioner’s altar. The iconic, some think demonic, spiritual mistress issued her new 2017 ZEENA CALENDAR – Meditations on Magic and Mysticism.
“In response to the many requests for portraits of Zeena, Kaliyuga Clearing House presents iconic images of Zeena throughout her life. Each month highlights an aphorism by Zeena as well,” Schreck Rights announced on their Facebook page. “Options for personalized autograph/New Year’s greeting from Zeena is listed in the purchase menu at www.zeenaschreck.com.
The 2017 calendar is printed on fine quality Premium Paper 200 g/m² suitable for cropping and/or framing after use. The photos show Zeena at various stages, and on stages, in her artistic and spiritual life.
Zeena is a Berlin-based interdisciplinary artist and counter-culture icon known through her work as photographer, graphic artist, musician/composer, writer, animal rights activist, magician and mystic. Her artwork and writings stem from lifetime experience within magical, pagan, shamanistic, and tantric traditions.
Infamous since infancy, Zeena had the first public satanic baptism in history, a media spectacle orchestrated by her father Anton LaVey, founder of the Church of Satan. She renounced all ties to the Church of Satan and her father in 1990, legally changing her last name to her married name Schreck, but going by the single moniker Zeena.
Zeena is the Hemet-neter Tepi Seth of the Sethian Liberation Movement. She is possibly the most powerful and renowned magical practitioner alive today. Zeena held the highest possible leadership positions in three of the most notorious occult orders of modern times as the High Priestess of the Church of Satan and the Temple of Set and was the Female Alpha of The Werewolf Order. Zeena converted to Tibetan Tantric Buddhism in the Drikung, Karma Kagyu and Nyingma lineages, which are also known as the “Oral Lineage” or Whispered Transmission traditions.
The calendar is available at Zeena’s home page.
